I have a 1994 explorer. It will start up for 20-30 seconds and then shut off. Sometimes it will stay running until I put my foot on the gas pedal and then it shuts off. The EEC relay and Fuel Pump relays are new. I do not heear the fuel pump engaging when I turn the key on even if it starts and runs for the 20 seconds or so. When it starts for the 20 seconds or so I checked the fuel rail and I am getting no fuel on the fuel rail. Could this mean my fuel pump is almost dead or could it be something else? Any help would be greatful.
