1995 explorer 4x4 all kinds of transmission problems. tranny has full rebuild, a different vb, all solenoids ohm in spec., new torque converter, still cant figure this thing out. has a 1-2 slip/flare, 2-3 flare. what are we missing? no o/d light flashing and no codes. could the transfer case be causing any issues or is it still going to be in the vb?
