I bought new rear Ford factory air shocks and want to unhook the air pump and pump these shocks up manually, I have the new air line for the shocks, I think it is 3/16" air line, my problem is I can not find an air shrader valve that will fit this line so I can pump these shocks up manually and maintain the pressure..I assume this air line is 3/16" but the only shrader valves I can find on line are for 1/4" or 1/8" line. Can anyone give me some ideas to resolve my problem....Thanks for your help in advance.

return those and buy a set of monroe airmax shocks. I have had them on my 97 for 3 years now and will never look back. the only other option is to find line size adapters which are hard to find and prone to leaking.

I can't return them, They are new but bought them from someone so since I have them I do not want to buy another brand

ahh, then perhaps spend some time on ebay or visit a local speed shop. Air shocks seem to be more popular with the hot rod crowd than the truck crowd these days

Thanks..We have a sand buggy shop here in Vegas..I will try them..I look on line but no shrader valves to fit Ford OEM air line for some reason..its all 1/8" or 1/4"
