1996 explorer 4.0L air intake

hey guys my name is kyle and my 96 explorer is making this howling noise from my air intake system and i have tried everything to figure it out, anyone have an idea on what this could be???

The IAC most likely needs cleaning.

i replaced that part about 2+ years ago do you think it might be the passage way leading into that valve???
