I have a 1996 explorer xlt. The airbag light is giving me a code 12. I understand that to be a low voltage code. Also I checked the airbag fuse near the battery fuse block and and it was blown. I replaced it and it blew instantly. Does anyone know what could be going on? A code 12 does not make sense. The light came one while driving recently.
