Welcome to this forum! How many miles did you put on it since it was rebuilt? Did you replace the filter, and fluid lately? If so, did you see if the valve body gaskets were coming apart, and if the valve body bolts were loose? Do you know if the EPC solenoid was replaced during the rebuild?

Its was a complete rebuild as I said twice I really dont think anything was changed except for what was broke Yes I did change the fluid when it started acting up but i Didn't really look for any gaskets broken except for the pan gasket

Just because they rebuilt the transmission doesn't necessarily mean that they replaced the solenoids or rebuilt the valve body. The valve body bolts could get loose after a period of time. The EPC, and TCC solenoids are modulated, and the low frequency vibrations have been known to cause the valve body bolts to get loose, and eventually ruin the valve body gaskets. The bores in the valve body get more worn down with this kind of set up compared to older valve bodies which are either non electronic or non modulated.
