1996 mountaineer radio problem plz help

I bought an 1996 mountaineer with the premium jbl, 6 disc changer system in it, I've tried hooking up an aftermarket radio in it (previous owner hardwired it, so the wire harness is gone, just bare stock wires) and I can get the radio to turn on but dont get any sound, ive tried finding wire diagrams but cant find any that match my wires, and the car didnt come with the original manual, ive read online where you had to do an amp bypass to get any sound. Is there anyway to get sound without taking my back quarter panel off and doing an amp bypass?

Thank you, but it only describes the problem if you have a wire harness, a wire harness won't work because the cars has been cut off, doespecially anyone have access too a wire diagram of the wire colors? A diagram of both jbl systems and Mach audio would be appreciated, and it's a 1997 mountaineer if that helps, I thought it was a 96 but was wrong
