1999 5.0 gt40p engine

Anyone know of a standalone computer for a 1999 5.0 gt40p engine, looking to put one in a street rod. If not can i just remove the DIS system and go with a distributor.

you can re-flash the PCM to remove the 4r70w transmission controls

I have seen evidence that a 1996 Bronco and F-150 was available with a 5 speed and the 5.0L (Gt-40) so this computer and wiring MAY work for you, I have never seen this setup in person, in 96 only 5.0l and 5.8L with autos here in CO

abs/vss are read in the rear end, looking at some other way to read this.
