most run a 265x70x17 or a 265x65x18 with a 2.5" lift.
I just put in a 3" F / 2" R and have a 275x70x17. I had to do a very tiny amount of inner fender trimming and shortened my power running boards by 1.25" overall just for a little extra clearance.
