I have a 92 XLT that currently has 1" over coils in the from from Performance Products. Just last week I had a Rancho 2" soft ride leaf spring kit added to the rear. The springs are still breaking in, however the truck sits slightly higher in the rear and I hate the look. I'm considering installation of Skyjacker's 2" coils up front. I beleive that I have the suspension travel for this without having to upgrade the radius arms and installation of axle drop brackets.

Is anyone using used these coil springs without other mods? If so, any problems?... Recommendations?

If you go more than 2" in the front then you will need radius arm drop brackets or extended radius arms. up to 2" you will just need a alignment

I did ir....got like 3 inches, my front must have been sagged. No aditional parts needed as long as you are not running OEM shocks.

Excellent. Thanks for the feedback!

this was the first lift that i had. i really liked it, but wanted to go bigger, so i went with the 5.5" Superlift set up. Now i'm going to do a SAS. just depends on what you want. i ran the 2" Skyjacker with a 2" body and had 33x12.50's on. i had to do a lil fender trimming to keep them from rubbing.

I'm assuming that it will take some time for the springs to "settle in" before I get the alignment. Can someone confirm?
