2 wheel drive swap

hi everyone i am new to this site. I have a 96 ford ranger 6 cyclinder with 33's a 3 inch suspension and body lift. i would like to convert this to 4x4 as it is currently 2 wheel drive. i would like to know all parts i need to do this swap. any help would be very much appreciated . i am tired of getting stuck ! also will explorer parts fit ?

It would be much easier & cheaper to sell your 2wd & buy a 4wd.

If you really want to keep it then go with a solid front axle & don't even bother with IFS.
