I am new here. I thought I would see if any common problem is causing my electrical problem. My system won't charge. I have replaced the alternator and battery, but am still discharging. I didn't get an owners manual with the vehicle and Chilton's manual doesn't include fuse #s and locations. Thanks

Check your wiring - battery to main panel, battery to ground, battery to alternator, alternator to ground. Wiring can corrode down into the insulation; looks fine but rotten inside. Good luck.

The quickest and easiest way to check things out is disconnect the alternator wiring (ie. unplug things). Without doing anything else to the vehicle (leave your keys alone), check for voltage at all the connectors... there should be voltage (hopefully 12v) on at least two wires therein. IF not, you have found your problem area.... you can go from there.

Check fuse #15 near drivers door hinge.
