2000 explorer limited 5.0 vibration

Hey guys I have a 2000 explorer with the 5.0 I have been having a weird vibration when I get the Rpm's up around 2500 and idk what would cause it or where it is coming from it does it when I am on the freeway and when city driving any help?

And there is a click when I put the truck in drive

pull your front drive shaft, then take it for a drive and see if it still does it. i know the 5L font shafts are different from the 4L trucks, and IIR, there was always some problem with the front drive shafts over time.
