2000 Ford Explorer XLT tire question

I have a 2000 ex xlt and I have already done AAL/war153 shackle/TT and removed my running boards. I plan to buy some larger tires soon, likely KO2s or another AT tire. With what I have done, can I get 32x11.5 or just 31x10.5? Also currently on 15x7 stock rims but thinking about 15x8 rims. How would that effect it. Thank you

I got 33 12.50 15 on 15x10 wheels and 4" lift. I still had to trim finerds to clear when turning. Other than that it drives good and I want 35's.
