2000 Mustang GT Rim on 1st Gen Ex

Can anyone verify if these rims will fit a '94 Explorer hub?
Specs I have or Mustang center bore is 70.3 while the Ex is supposed to be 70.6.


Here's a thread with them on a '01 Sport. Doesn't mention spacers that I saw.
