The fuel filter is in line along the drivers side of the truck. Just follow the fuel lines and you should see it somewhere under the cab.
Make sure you depressurize the fuel system before you start!!!! There are a couple differant ways to do that like using the valve under the hood on the fuel rails, or pulling the fuel pump relay and turning the key.... Point is, when you disconnect your fuel lines from your filter you don't want fuel spraying everywhere.
There are 3 clips (if I remember) and one of the requires a special tool to remove. You can REMOVE them all with needle nose pliers....but its not guaranteed to keep them in one piece. I had to buy new ones.
Its pretty simple though. Unclip the clips, pull off each line. Remove the filter- which I think is held in by a bracket of some kind. Put the new one in and re connect the fuel lines and clips and you are good to go.
