For good high flow cats go to summitt, and get some Catco's.. For a 3" they run about $50.00
Being a fellow Mustang Guy I am sure you Know forced induction loves big pipes, I personally would not run smaller than 3" on any forced induction car.
my old 2.3 Turbo drag car was running a 4" down pipe/exhaust out the side.

B&M said Shiftplus is only for 94-97

or whatever is on the package. 40 bucks down the drain i guess
