2000 SOHC Misfiring

I'm having some major issues with my X. Its a 2000 4.0 SOHC Xlt. Has PLENTY of miles on her. But anyways, Its started misfiring pretty bad, So I went ahead and checked the plugs and wires. Everything clear. Even put in new wires. Also, New coil pack, New Fuel filter, New intake manifold gaskets, New MAF, And still no luck. Truck runs at idle much better (I had a vacuum leak before hand) And runs smoother, But still slugish when at low rpms and CEL flashes until I let off the gas. Cant figure it out to save my life.. Ive checked all I can think so if anyone solved this problem or knows any other things I should look over please let me know. The trucks my only form of transportation. Need this fixed ASAP!! Thanks

Read the codes

I suggest that you read and post the diagnostic trouble codes to confirm the CEL is due to misfire. Have you checked the fuel pressure? See Engine misfire procedure

I'm gonna head and get them checked soon, will post back. I'll look into checking the pressure. Thanks
