2001 4.0 sohc in a 2002?

will the motor out of a 2001 explorer sport 4x4 with the same sohc 4.0 swap right into my 2002 explorer 4 door xlt 4x4 with the same 4.0 sohc in it? both cars have the same eigth digit in the vin they are "E". will this swap in easily?
