2001 Audio Question

Finally getting around to hooking my amp up for my 10's. Going to splice my converter into the rear speakers. But I can't get a definite on the actual wire colors for the rear. Did a search already and pretty sure I have the answer,

Right Rear
(-) Purple w/ Black Stripe
(+) Purple

Left Rear
(-) Green w/ Black Stripe
(+) Green

Just want to be sure before I cut the wires since these are supposed to be for 98 and up. Thanks for any help.

I used a convertor also, but i used the front speakers. I dont remember why, but thats what i did. Anway, you could go to Circuit City or Best Buy and they will be able to tell you, either that or you can just cut 1 of the wires and if its not right then just splice it back together.

Well I can always just take the rear door panels off too but I was hoping to avoid doing it. They're such a pain in the ass. I've got a Best Buy and Circuit City right by my place, if I get a chance I'll stop by their and ask one of the 16 year olds. Thanks for the suggestion My98...
