hey guys i have a 98 2 door blazer with only 4 speakers in it 2 in the back and one in each door, well my dash has speaker grills on it and a place for speakers, my question is how can i add 2 speaker to my dash and wire it up correctly to an aftermarket radio. a buddy of mine said if i wired it wrong or had the wrong amount of ohms going through the speaker wires i could destroy my radio so i was just curious how i could do this, thanks for everybodys help !

The best thing you could do with the extra space is buy a set of component speakers, install the mids in the doors and install the tweeters in the dash.

well im not wanting to go real crazy with it just kinda want to balance out the sou nd cause you cant hear a thing hardly with the windows down plus im on a tight budget at the moment but thanks for the idea though

You can get some inexpensive components. Much better solution vs. adding some 4x10s (or whatever size).
