I have a two door 2001 Explorer Sport (not trac if it makes a difference). I was wondering if anyone knew where to find a replacement drivers side door hinge. The hinge works fine other than in parking lots, where it swings wide open if I turn my back to it—even if it’s just cracked open—and dings the car next to me. With my luck I’ll ding an angry German car driver and have to deal with insurance. The passengers side door doesn’t have this problem so I know something is worn out. I haven’t had any luck on rockauto finding the part. Any guidance on what to fix and where to find the part would be appreciated.
