My Mom's got an escape. That little thing is awesome!

AS it is getting long in the tooth, problems are creeping up. There's one I can't seem to solve. When its' rained or foggy, the car starts stumbling.

She says when it dries out, its' fine.

I've replaced the COP's, the wires, the plugs, the battery and cables, checked connections, and as part of routine maintenance, replaced the IAC, the air filter, and I *think* the PCV.

before replacing stuff, I used PCMScan. All it said was #6 misfire. I reset the mil a couple of times.

What am I missing?

Cracked coil?

well...

I did ask that all 6 coil on plugs were to be replaced, but I wasn't there for it. Think he might have replaced a bad for a bad?

I had a #6 misfire on my 02 Tribbie - had to have a complete fuel injection cleaning and new spark plugs and after that it never gave me another problem.

...at least on that level.

guys,

thanks for the responses! I will get on it!
