2001 roof/luggage rack paint code?

looking for the paint color (black?) to touch up/re-paint my flaking roof rack.

Do you need a code? I bought Rust-oleum Satin Black Enamel to do the rack on my '98... just haven't gotten around to doing it yet. IIRC, satin black is about what it started out being.

I'm still debating whether to paint the (glass impregnated plastic ?) composite cross-bar end pieces as they're molded-in color, have turned a lighter shade of grayish-black but since they aren't metal, won't rust and paint would potentially come off. Their grainy texture makes me suspect they can't be refinished (polished/etc) down, would probably end up an even lighter shade of grayish-black.

I'll probably paint the rest, then decide if not matching is unsightly.

I like VHT semi-gloss high-temp black engine paint. Tuff stuff. Touch-up? Strip and repaint it or it will just keep peeling.

I painted mine flat black and I used truck bed liner on the cross bars.
