I had a leaking head gasket on my 4.0 OHV, I pulled the right/passenger head to replace the gasket. I broke the alum timing chain guide/ension "arm" setting the head back on, so I pulled the motor replaced the "cartridge". I didn't have the cam alignment tool so I rigge one up. When I started the vehicle up, it starts right up but is really noisy. I borrowed my brother in laws computer thing and it doesn't find any codes and there are no lights, good oil pressure, etc. Could the noise be that I have that side out of time a few degrees? Or does anybody have any other ideas.
