2005 Explorer 4.0 engine noise

I have this noise that starts up after the engine warms up.When i first start the truck when its cold its quiet 10 mins later it starts.
Also after its starts i can rev the engine and it goes away but is still there at idle.The oil is changed on a regular basis,ive changed the timing tensioner.Im at a loss.

That's a bad sound timing you will need to pull your valve covers and look for damage

My guess it when your tensioner broke so did a chain guide
