Does anyone know if there is a hose near the firewall, on the back side of the engine on the 4.6L engine? There is fluid leaking from somewhere above the tranny. I can not see where it is coming from from looking through the top of the engine compartment. I do have a long hose coming from the bottom of the radiator on the passenger side which goes toward the rear of the engine, but I cannot see where it connects. I am hoping it is a hose rather than a tranny issue. I am used to the old school cars where the coolant was green and did not have an oily texture, with this newer stuff I am having trouble distinguishing weather my leak is coolant or some other type of fluid.

Is it radiator fulid? Could be a heater hose or tranny cooler line?
