2002 Ford Explorer 4.6L heater problems! Need solsolutions!

Heater blower works. When I turn the switch that turns the air from cold to hot I hear clicking in the dash. But, I do not get any heat. Any ideas?

Yes, blend door actuator. Fairly easy repair.
