2002 ford explorer xlt 4wd

Can anyone help me out. my 2002 ford explorer xlt 4wd low works but not 4wd high. I hear the click from the box inside of the truck when I engage it in low but do not when I engage it in high. The light comes on in dashboard when I push 4wd high and that is it. Do that box behind compartmet suppose two click when u push 4wd high?

Try this go into a empty parking lot put it in 4x4 high then turn the truck into a circle if the truck bucks and the steering wheel fights you then you have 4x4 high...

4wd Hi not working

I tried the parking lot but no 4wd. But i can feel it in low range. I just can't figure out how I have 4wd low but not 4wd high.
