Hey everyone, thanks for reading. I have a 2002 Ford Explorer XLT and a few days ago while driving with the heat on I heard a clicking coming from behind the dash on the passenger side. I was on a break at work so I had no time to deal with the issue right away. When I left work I tried the heat again to see if I could get the problem to happen again and everything was fine.
Now there is no air flow from any vents in the vehicle at all. When I press the defrost button all I hear is a click in the dash. The normal manual heat/AC controls seem to do nothing on any of the settings. I checked all the fuses and everything was fine so I am not sure what the problem could be. Please help!
