2002 mercury mountaineer timing chain rattle 4.0 eng

I have a timing chain rattle that just started. It doesn't rattle all the time & not to loud but loud enough that it's very noticeable. There is about 199,000 miles on odometer. Please advise on what I need to do!!!!
