2002 sport trac issue... need help fast

ok i have a 2002 sport trac and have been having issue's like crazy.
i have replaced full suspension and changed u joints, then recently my radiator broke and started leaking my tranny fluid into it and had to replace that then once i fixed that 5 hours later my tranny fried so now i'm rebuilding it completly. now to ask my actual question right before my radiator took a dive i started feeling this weird feeling when i was rolling. the best way to describe it is feels like a flat spot on the tire being that my tires needed to be changed i went ahead and changed them out for brand new ones and still have the same thing. its all the time from about 15 miles an hour and up but feel it more when i turn even a little bit to the left. i have it at a shop right now for the tranny rebuild but would like to see if i can get some suggestions on what the problem with flat spot feeling is before i aske them to check it and wanna charge me an arm and a leg you know. thanks for any help guys really appreciate .

Could be the right wheel bearing. Is it a 4x4? Something loose from when the suspension was put back together?

no its 2 x 4,
i thought that was what it could be just wanted to confirm it, thanks for all the help guys.

Where are you getting the transmission work done?

aaction transmission. they have been really straight up towed it to the shop took it all apart showed me what's being changed and why. they are also the ones that did my u joints as well. they are located on 117 ave and 120th area. i really haven't had any complaints as of yet. he just told me they finished with rebuild and they were putting it back in. so maybe i'll get it tonight. fingers crossed.
