2003 EB Message Center Buttons

I have a 2003 Eddie Bauer with the message center. The buttons on the dash for it weren't controlling it. I noticed at night that the lights for these buttons weren't on either. Does anyone know the fuse that power these buttons?

Could they have been unplugged by a previous owner? I'd pull the trim off and make sure they are still plugged it. I dont think they have their own fuse, but I'm not 100% sure.
