2003 Explorer Air vent Control arm Broken

I have searched the forum for over an hour and I cannot find a solution to my problem so hopefully someone her can help. I have a problem with vent selection. Fan is strong air is cold heater is hot. The blend door isnt malfunctioning when I went into check it, I found the problem... attached to a vacuum cylinder above the glove box on the passenger side the plastic arm that attached to the tin arm is broken thus yeilding the vent selection process inoperable. Can the plastic piece be replaced or do I have to buy the whole assembly? Am I barking up the wrong tree here? Thank for any assistance anyone can offer.

Here you are, I just drilled a hole in the remaining plastic and zip tied the actuator arm to the drilled hole, works fine again.
