2003 Ford Explorer with an over heating problem.

I am facing an issue recently with my Ford Explorer 2003 model. If I got stuck in traffic for more than 30 minutes with AC on, my car temprature starts going up and it continues till I will not switch off the AC.

But in running it works fine.

I have already replaced coolaint and I am maintaining the car as per Owners manual.

Ford Explorer 2003 Fan Clutch and Thermostat replacement

Please guide to how to check Fan Clutch and Thermostat functionality.
In case if anyone is not working fine how to replace them.

Spin the fan manually. It should stop, and not continue to free wheel. Take out the thermostat, and put it into a pot of boiling water. You should see it open when the water boils.
