So my Explorer is coming up on its First Service since I purchased it.
Its now at 50'000 K Miles on the odometer. Ive already purchased the following and plan on doing my service Monday. ( Purchased truck 3 months ago)
-Oil change over to 5/30 Mobil One
-K@N Air Filter
-PVC Valve
-Fuel Filter
From what I know The truck was an Off Lease when I purchased it so I take it, it was serviced since new at the ford dealership, Are they pretty good for changeing tranny / engine oil at regular intervals?
How often should I do the Tranny? does this take regular ATF Mercon Dexron II stuff ?
How often for the Differentials / T-case ? What oil reg 80/90 for the diff and ATF for the t-case ???
How often should the Plugs/ Wires be changed? whats the set Gap?
its an 2003 XLT Sport with the SOHC 4.0l v6 and 5 spd Automatic tranny
