2004 Explorer Limited new battery won't start no clicking

My battery was going bad but even with a jump the engine would turn over. I put a new battery in today and it doesn't make a sound. I think I can hear the fuel pump go on. I have 1 key and 2 key FOBs. The key FOBs both work but still can't get it to turn over.

Check starter/alternator power and engine/starter/battery ground cables resistance.

Then check starter relay,fuse and power cable fusable link.

Check for propertly connected battery terminals

I drove into my driveway recently and went inside.
When I came out 45 minutes later car wouldn't start. No crank, nothing.
Problem turned out to be a bad starter.
