Hello iam having an idling issue with my explorer the rpm gauge starts fluctuating

Mine does the same. I changed spark plugs and wires, oil change, air & oil filters, gas treatment, filled tank with best gas. It does Not seem as harsh but it's still low. I am currently trying to figure it out. I checked all the hoses, cleaned throttle door and the sensor too. There has got to be a vac leak somewhere on mine, I just can't find it.

Mine does it when its idiling i changed plugs, wires, valve cover gaskets, intake gasket and temp sensor, both front 02 sensors and it stalls out when idling and acts sluggish when i take off it doesnt do it all the time thats the weird thing but it still showing codes for the front 02 sensors when there brand new and i also went threw and cleaned all of the grounds it only has 113,000 miles on it
