2004 firewall access??

I have a 2004 explorer and want to install some subs. Where can I get run the power line through the firwall? Is there a pre-exisiting hole or do I have to drill??? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Pull up the carpet & floor mat in the driver side or passenger side and go thru one of the existing firewall grommets.

I went through the rubber boot that the steering column goes through.

ok since you have the wire ran through the rubber boot pull all your floor side panels on the driver side and run the power under the carpet...when you rub a ground .. use the bolt that connects the back bench sit to the chasis .. i have found this to be a great ground for my X
