I purchased a new 2004 Ford Eddie Bauer and there are noises coming out of all the seat belt retraction holes, which is very annoying. It sounds like two pieces of foam rubbing together. I have taken it back to the dealer, but he does not here anything? I tore the trim out and everything else down to the frame and the noise appears to be coming from the tack welds in the frame. The noise resonates out through the seat belt holes. The noise is very annoying because it is right in your ear.
Has anyone else had these noises or can you recommend a fix?
