2004 seats into '91?

The seats in my '91 are messed up, the driver's won't sit up straight, so I have to keep a box behind it to hold it up. My friend's got a 2004 explorer with the basic grey cloth non-power seats that are pretty comfortable. Will those bolt directly in or what? I know you can fit 2004 Mustang seats into a 1989 Mustang, direct bolt-in, I'm wondering if Ford did that to other vehicles as well.

The 91's had a different seat track design then the 92+, and I think it would require some modification.
