2005 explorer - how to remove side mirror

Can someone please help me with how to replace the driver's side power mirror? I need some instructions pref with pictures. I rented an explorer this weekend and damaged the mirror. I'd hate to see what the rental company charges! Thanks!!!!!

Take the door panel off to access the 3 bolts. Not sure in an 05 but in earlier models you take the speaker out to access the wiring harness plug. Its really straight forward.

I have a 2002, wife ripped mirror off a week after we got it.

Its not that tough to do, couple screws to take off the door trim, then 3 bolts for the mirror. Watch those bolts, they can easily strip the plastic on the mirror.
