Hi! Can I swap 2005 F150's rear calipers into 98 Explorer rear brakes? It could be better, because of the larger bore...

You would probably need a different master cylinder at that point. If you have to push more fluid to the rear brakes to fill the larger caliper and you keep the same master, the rear brakes probably won't work well. I doubt they will bolt up anyway and if they bolt then I bet the rotor size is different on the F-150 which means you need F-150 rotors and the F-150 is a different bolt pattern so you need a custom rotor. Your best bet is to get a set of some high performance rotors and pads and call it a day.

Yes, I know that a stock master will be small for the same swap. And F-150's rotors are bigger for a couple inches. But I'm interested in other question - are the caliper mounts the same or different on Explorer and F-serie, and other models with 8,8 axles. If the mounts are the same, I can think about some mods:)
So, I know English not so well, I hope that I wrote right.

1st gen Expeditions came with rear disc and an 8.8 rear- I would assume 1987-2093 F-150s as well. Bolt pattern is different. Not sure is axle width is the same or not.

Not sure on the size, but I would assume the Expedition has larger rotors.

But unless you upgrade the front rotors or have an adjustable brake bias valve, you'll probably screw up the brake balance and possibly make the braking performance worse.

97-mid 99 had rear drums and late 99 to 03 F-150's had disks.
