2005 Sport Trac headlamp replacement...HELP!

I have owned by Explorer Sport Trac Adreneline for 4 years and absolutely love it...but now I want to replace my headlight bulbs and can't understand the directions in the manual...help, please!

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the 2001-2005 Sport Trac section. The bulbs twist out of the housing with a small turn, then you unplug the old bulb. Hold the new bulb with a tissue or a glove. Oil from your fingers could cause the glass to shatter when it gets hot.
