The only Cold air intakes I have found are for 03 and down. I called K&N and they have nothing in prodution but they took my email and said they will let me know when they make one for the 05 if they make it that is. A guy here gave me a shop in town that will custom fab one for me. I'm going there tomorrow afternoon to see about it. wish me luck.

KKM does make a Cold air for 04-05 //4.0 works well

what kind of lift did you end up putting on your 05 xlt? I am trying to figure out how to get it up a couple inches.

Use Mustang 4.0L Parts. Almost everything is the same except for a few things.
