My dad and I have been working on fixing our explorer for a little over a month now. We originally got a P0191 error code which pointed to a fuel rail temperature pressure sensor. I went to ford and bought a new sensor and assembly and put it on the vehicle. We turned the key and it started right up(when before it wouldn't even start, it would just crank and crank). The thing ran like a dream for a few days then just last night the engine died not even a minute after leaving. We pushed it back and checked the codes again and the same P0191 error came up. We checked the vacuum hose and electrical socket attached to the sensor and everything seems fine. Any advice on what could be causing this problem would be appreciated. I wonder if its a electrical problem or fuel pump failure. Thanks.

It needs a fuel pump. Low pressure causes this code and is common problem on 2004 up.
