2007 Eddie Bauer v6 gas mileage?

My 07 EB V6 gets about 17-18 around town, and anywhere from 19 - 25 on the interstate depending on whether I have our roof box on and where we're headed. WV mountains are bad for MPG . Its 4x2 though, I would expect 4x4 to do a little worse.

it depends on the ambient temps and fuel mix too..... my 4.0 ohv did 17-18 highway summer and 12-14 winter blend gas... my SOHC is only getting maybe 2mpg better with the same gas and weather .... so far with temps in the 10F average and winter blend gas with a 85/15% highway average I have not went over 15mpg on 20 gallons of fuel... when ever I fill it up the cluster tells me I will be empty in 329 miles but when the 50 miles left warning pops up is only at 240 total miles
