2007 Explorer rear diff very noisy

changed rear fluid and added 4oz of anti slip . Still very noisy. I heard some rear ends are failing. The noise varies and increases with speed from 60 to 70 mph and diminishes at higher speeds. Cold weather has made it noisier at lower speeds.
