2007 Front Hub Replacement

I am from S.W Florida and have a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLS V6 with about 110,000 miles.

I found this site and it is a great source of information. My Sport Trac is getting to the point where repairs will be more frequent and I can't afford dealer prices. I am pretty good at mechanics.

I need to replace the Left Front Hub. Kind of hard to even find a repair manual.

I was searching here in the Sport Trac forum but could not find any info on replacing the Front Hubs. There is, however, information in the 2006-2010 Explorer/Mountaineer forum.

My question is, is the Sport Trac hub replacement the same as the Explorer?
If not any help or directions would be appreciated.

They are the same. Check out the third gen explorer forum, there is a good guide in there that I used to do mine. Make sure you get the torque right on the shaft bolt. Too loose or too tight will cause a premature failure of your replacement.
