I have a 2007 Mountaineer. The horn has started to not work intermittently and now completely quit. It sounds like the relay is clicking inside of the smart junction box. It does not seem like the clock spring is bad as because I have none of the other malfunctions that seem to be described to go along with a bad clock spring. Can I replace the smart junction box with one from a junkyard without having it programmed or does it have to go to Ford?
